NeoCD/PSP (NEOGEO CD) is an emulator for Neo Geo CD. It is based on [http://pacifi3d.retrogames.com/neocdsdl/ NeoCD/SDL] 0.3.1 by Fosters/Martinez Fabrice. ==Installation== Rename the NEOGEO CD BIOS to neocd.bin and place into the NEOCD folder.
