A Window/Linux program that can download Wii Message Board announcements from server, decrypt, and dump to .eml and .txt files. The internal KD AES key (wc24msgboardkey.bin) is required. In IOS80 v6944, this key is stored at 0x5A8F8 in 00000006.app (the /dev/kd module), and is 0x10 bytes long. The key is used in AES-128-OFB symmetric encryption.
