{{#seo: |title=Vita Homebrew Games (Puzzle) - GameBrew |title_mode=append |image=candycrisisvita.png |image_alt=Candy Crisis }} This is a port of Candy Crisis to the PS Vita, based on the unofficial source port by [https://github.com/Rinnegatamante/CandyCrisis jorio]. Candy Crisis is a Puyo Puyo clone, originally written by John Stiles quite a while ago. It was the successor, or perhaps evolution, of his earlier Puyo Puyo clone, called Skittles. ==User guide== Recently...a mad scientist at a candy factory unveiled his greatest creation: a batch of living candy, brought to life through the miracles of genetic mutation. Unfortunately, his formula had a fatal flaw—the living candy immediately began to multiply by the thousands! Within minutes, the plant began to overflow with candy. Luckily, a quick-thinking researcher quickly discovered how to fend off the rapidly multiplying creatures. The mutated candy became extremely reactive when grouped together - and when four of the same color touched, they would instantly vaporize! ==Screenshots== https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/vitahomebrews/candycrisisvita-04.png https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/vitahomebrews/candycrisisvita-01.png https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/vitahomebrews/candycrisisvita-02.png https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/vitahomebrews/candycrisisvita-03.png ==Media== '''Candy Crisis (1999, Macintosh; Puyo Puyo) - Full Longplay [720p] ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5HkFBwUFa0 Rubycored])'''<br> <youtube>s5HkFBwUFa0</youtube> ==Changelog== '''v1.0''' * First Release. ==Credits== * Vita Port: Rinnegatamante. * Original game: John Stiles. * Original artwork: Kate Davis, Leanne Stiles, Arnauld de la Grandiere, Bob Frasure, Ryan Bliss. * Music: Leanne Stiles, Lizardking, Armadon/Explizit, Leviathan/Nemesis, Jester/Pygmy, Siren, Sirrus, Scaven/FC, Spring, Timewalker, Jason/Silents, Chromatic Dragon, Ng Pei Sin.
