Playboy's Shooter is a space shooter created by Playboy, which is inspired by a PSP homebrew Birdman's Shooter.

It was participated in the PSP-Hacks Homebrew Idol in 2008.

Installation Copy the Playboy_Shooter folder,and paste it in /PSP/GAME/ and run it.

User guide This game allows the player to choose from four different ships which all have different names, bullets and different speeds.

Controls Main menu: D-Pad - Scrolling Cross - Select

Ship selection menu: D-Pad - Scrolling Cross - Select Select - Return to main

In game: Cross - Fire Select - Pause game Cross - Resume game Start - Return D-Pad/Analog - Movement

Known issues The second option in the menu (Options menu) does not work yet. No sound during gameplay.

Changelog v1.0 (v0.5 was never released) - Added ship choose menu (four ships). - New bullets and added different speeds for each ship. - Changed the up-pause button to make it easier to resume the game. - Added a new level. - Added power-ups to make it easier to complete the level. - Fixed a bug which caused the PSP to freeze. - Added a few asteroids to the background. - New XMB style menu. - Added a scrolling like credits. - Added a start screen. - Added a loading screen. - Fixed a freeze bug by preloading all the images. - Added a score system. - Added menu scroll sounds. - Added a gameover image. - Added a simple nickname display in the main menu.
