Place the generated files to the SD card:

• /atmosphere/contents/01006F8002326000/romfs/Bcsv/CharaMakeSkinColorParam.bcsv
• /atmosphere/contents/01006F8002326000/romfs/Bcsv/CharaMakeHairColorParam.bcsv
• /atmosphere/contents/01006F8002326000/romfs/Bcsv/CharaMakeEyeColorParam.bcsv

The colors will revert back if you remove these files.
