Most 3DS games can play music properly even the loop start point is not divisible by 14336, but not all.?

:p1ng:Who shold use this? People who making looping music from non-looping music. People who wants to change the sampling rate of existing music. And...:unsure:

Why did I made this? Because when I hacked music of Kid Icarus: Uprising for the first time, it did not work properly. After trial and error, I remembered the word "divisible by 14336" and did music hack successfully. Initially I created a calculation tool with Excel, but it looks bad and there were functional restrictions. As a result, 14336 was born.
