uLoader is a project that is based on Kwiirk's YAL and Waninkoko's USB Loader. It utilizes a custom IOS (IOS222/223/224) to launch backups from USB storage devices, and its graphical user interface resembles Wii channels.

- Support for SD and USB in FAT/FAT32 format to use Ocarina cheat files via GCT, TXT or WIP files in Wii, WiiWare and VC games. (To use cheats from USB requires a FAT32 partition in addition to the WBFS partition.)
- Support for FAT32 formatted devices (SD and USB) to run Wii games in .ciso format.
- Support for Multigame DVD through .ciso format.
- Support parental control and activity log of the last 10 games played.
- Support for hard drives up to 2 Tb and up to 4 WBFS partitions on the same USB device.

- With cIOS v5 (65535) installed, it is possible to update the console to firmware 4.2 without cIOS 222 and 223 being replaced by Stubs.
uLoader MOD
uLoader MOD is a mod of the alternative version of uLoader made by rodries. It has the same functionalities as the original and the following changes:
- Compliable using the latest versions of the necessary tools
- Improved EHCI module
- Hacks used to improve USB device compatibility are now enabled automatically, except "Use USB port 1" which needs to be manually enabled
- Download WiiWare/VC game covers from the internet
- WinnerTag support
- DUTag support
- Initializes the network automatically when executed
- Removes automatic "IOS reload" when the game is running under the default cIOS
- Snow and fireworks have been removed
- Other minor changes
- It includes the modifications of the granberro MOD:
- RockBand 2 load time cut in half when emulating NAND
- Fixed issue loading RockBand 3 when emulating NAND
In order to use the GameTags WiinnerTag and DUTag systems it is necessary to have an account and a user key ( User Key ). Said key must be copied into a plain text file (for example with Windows Notepad) and saved in a .key file, which according to the system will be:
- SD:\wiinnertag.key for WiinnerTag
- SD:\dutag.key for DUTag
