Chunkout is a tile matching game inspired by SameGame (Chain Shot), developed by James Todd for the Game Boy Color in 1999.
The game won the Outstanding Award in Bung's 2nd Amateur GameboyTM Format Games Coding Competition and was subsequently ported to NES, Atari 2600, and mobile (iOS).
In 2010, a limited run of Game Boy Color cartridges was also released.
User guide
Starting with a random layout of colored tiles, obliterate large chunks of the same color and shape to score big.
