This is a port/wrapper of 7 Billion Humans for the PS Vita.

To make it work, the official Android ARMv7 executable is loaded into memory and its imports are resolved with native functions. The executable is then patched to ensure proper functionality. Essentially, this creates a minimalist Android environment that allows the executable to run natively.

Requirements

Setup Instructions

  • Install Kubridge and FdFix by copying kubridge.skprx and fd_fix.skprx to your taiHEN plugins folder (usually ux0:tai) and adding two entries to your config.txt under *KERNEL:
  *KERNEL
  ux0:tai/kubridge.skprx
  ux0:tai/fd_fix.skprx

Note Don't install fd_fix.skprx if you're using rePatch plugin

  • Optional: Install PSVshell to overclock your device to 500Mhz.
  • Install libshacccg.suprx, if you don't have it already, by following this guide.
  • Install the vpk from Release tab.
  • Obtain your copy of 7 Billion Humans legally for Android in form of an .apk file.
  • Open the apk with your zip explorer and extract the files libc++_shared.so and lib7BillionHumans.so from the lib/armeabi-v7a folder to ux0:data/7billion.
  • Extract the assets folder from inside the apk to ux0:data/7billion.
  • Download datafiles.zip from the Release tab of this repository and extract it in ux0:data.
