This mod makes the PS Vita version more similar to the PC version by changing some files.

Lighter Handling.
Increased dynamic camera DOF.
Better AI.
Traffic spawns in parking spots.
Increased police aggressiveness.

Installation

Install rePatch plugin.

Copy files to ux0:rePatch/.

Recommendations

VitaGrafix - Paste in ux0:data/VitaGrafix/config.txt:

# (You can play with 0, 2x and 4x)

PSVshell - Crank everything to the max setting.
Vita Nearest Neighbour - (Optional) Make things crispy.
AffinityChanger Vita - (Optional) Seems to improve performance.
