This is a port of Chip's Challenge, a top-down tile-based puzzle video game originally published in 1989. This version contains 5 levels.
User guide
The premise of the game is that high-school nerd Chip McCallahan has met Melinda the Mental Marvel in the school science laboratory and must navigate through Melinda's Clubhouse, a series of increasingly difficult puzzles, in order to prove himself and gain membership to the very exclusive Bit Busters Club.
Gameplay involves collecting enough chips in order to open the chip socket at the end of each level, get to the exit, and move on to the next level.
Items
- Key - Open doors. The color of the keys must match the color of the doors.
- Flipper - Allows you to walk on water.
- Skates - Allows you to walk on ice.
- Orange boots - Allows you to go through fire.
- Magnetic boots - Allows you to walk on the magnetic floor without being dragged.
