HANS is a usermode tool for the 3DS to hack roms on the fly. It essentially offers the same kind of functionality that was formerly only accessible on flashcarts such as the Gateway3DS or the Sky3DS. This includes change language and region, overclock cpu for better fps (n3ds only), load romhacks and firmware spoof.

It comes bundled with the Homebrew Launcher starter kit.
