BCSTM to WAV Converter is a software which, utilizing VGMStream, converts Nintendo 3DS BCSTM audio files into PCM WAV.


Hey everyone! I wrote a little front end for VGMStream, so you can easily select or drag and drop files into it and convert them to WAV files.
==User guide==
Dependencies:
* VGMStream (included) - For actually converting the files.
* Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack (included) - For Windows taskbar progress bar management.


You can use this to quickly convert any 3DS BCSTM audio files you drag into it.
To use, simply drag any 3DS BCSTM audio files into it.


It uses VGMStream, so all this does is just call the exe a bunch of times.
