This is a remake of Chip's Challenge, a puzzle game originally from the Atari Lynx. Made with DevKitPro and libgba, as well as the Adpcm reader from NRX.

Chip Advance was presented in the GBAX 2005 Coding Competition.

Features

  • 149 levels from the original version.
  • Password.

User guide

You are Chip, a computer geek. In order to enter a computer club and impress a girl, you have to pass all levels of the game.

The goal in each level is to collect all the processors in order to advance to the next level, within a limited time.

There are colored keys to open doors of the same color, switches that do certain things, walls that are secret passages, etc...

There are also blocks you can push all over the place to help you out.

Controls

D-Pad - Move

Start - Pause

A/B/L/R - Not assigned

Select - Restart level
