Extracts Wii U Virtual Console roms from dumps created via [[DDD Wii U|DDD]], [[Dumpling Wii U|Dumpling]] or from the SNES Mini. This currently only supports extracting GBA, DS, NES, FDS, PCE, and SNES roms.
