Applying the patch with Delta Patcher:
- Press the gear button and select "Backup original file".
- Select the ISO in [Original file].
- Select the patch in [XDelta Patch].

- Tested and working patches, use update patch.ppf over v2.0.
- eboot patched only and patch.ppf on a clean eboot only.
